This Privacy Policy applies to Pride USA Inc (“PRIDEUSA,” “we,” “us”), an asset-based motor carrier headquartered at 1201 Laura Lane, Lake Bluff, IL 60044 (MC# 875229, USDOT# 2486192). It covers prideusainc.com and related pages in English, Russian, and Spanish, plus forms and messages you send us through this site.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to give us and limited technical data needed to run the site:

• Quote and freight requests — name, company, email, phone, origin/destination, commodity, equipment needs, and related load details.
• Driver applications — name, phone, age confirmation, role (company driver / owner operator), position, trailer type, experience, and other fields on our recruit and drive landing forms.
• Appointment and tracking requests — contact details, load references, preferred windows, and tracking tokens you paste to view a booked load.
• Broker / packet requests — contact and company information when you ask for authority docs, COI, or W-9.
• Direct messages — content you send by phone, SMS, WhatsApp, Telegram, or email (including [email protected]).
• Technical data — IP address, browser type, device/OS hints, referring URL, and pages viewed, as logged by our hosting or security tools. We do not sell this data.

Public Google Business Profile reviews shown on our Reviews page are synced from Google; that content is governed by Google’s terms. We do not invent those reviews on our site.

How we use information

• Respond to rate requests, book and manage freight, and share tracking when a load is under our authority.
• Screen and contact CDL-A applicants and owner operators about open seats.
• Schedule deferred loading / drop-trailer windows and support dispatch.
• Send carrier packets and insurance documents to brokers who request them.
• Operate, secure, and improve the website (including diagnosing outages and abuse).
• Meet legal, insurance, safety, and FMCSA-related recordkeeping obligations where they apply.

We do not sell personal information and we do not rent email or phone lists for unrelated marketing.

When we share information

We share information only as needed to run the business:

• Service providers — hosting, email/SMS/Telegram delivery, and tools that process form submissions on our behalf under our instructions.
• Operational partners — brokers, shippers, receivers, or insurers when required to move a load, claim, or appointment you asked us to handle.
• Legal and safety — when required by law, regulation, court order, or to protect rights, property, drivers, or the public.

Driver applications submitted on this site may be routed to our recruiting channel (including Telegram-based intake) so HR can call you back. Quote and appointment forms go to our dispatch desk.

Retention

We keep inquiry and application records as long as needed for the purpose you submitted them and for ordinary business, insurance, and regulatory retention. Tracking tokens are used to show status for booked loads; we do not treat them as a public directory. You can ask us to update or delete contact details that are not required to be kept by law.

Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate for a freight carrier website (HTTPS, access limits on operational tools, and vendor controls). No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure; if you suspect misuse of your data, contact us using the details below.
