PRIDEUSA (Pride USA Inc) is headquartered in Lake Bluff, Illinois, with a core Midwest footprint in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan — and dry van / specialty capacity across all 48 contiguous states.
Our fleet is built around late-model Volvo power units with Motive ELD. Trailers include dry van, reefer, flatbed, conestoga, step deck, and RGN so you can match equipment to the freight instead of forcing every load into a 53′ dry box.
When you tender to us, you’re talking to an asset-based carrier with in-house dispatch — not a virtual network that re-brokers your load three times before a truck shows up.
Brokers come to us for three reasons that rarely change:
- Speed on the number — workable lanes get a clear rate, usually within about 30 minutes.
- Clean setup — W9, COI, authority, and packet without a week of follow-ups.
- Visibility after pickup — shareable tracking your customer can open without a portal account.
If a lane isn’t a fit, we’d rather say so early than burn your customer’s appointment window. Prefer that over “checking with the driver” for six hours.

Dry van is our everyday workhorse — full truckload and drop-trailer programs for shippers who need dock flexibility. Flatbed and step deck cover building materials, steel, machinery, and other open-deck freight with crews who know how to tarp and secure.
Conestoga keeps weather-sensitive freight protected without a full reefer bill. Reefer handles temperature-controlled product; RGN and specialized gear cover heavy or awkward loads that won’t fit a standard deck. Not sure which trailer fits? We price workable freight and send a clear all-in rate (plus current FSC where applicable). If we’re not the right truck, we’ll say so.

Docs on file, rate confirmation signed, driver assigned with ETA visibility for your team.

Shareable tracking during transit. POD and paperwork after delivery so you can close the load with your customer.

Straight answers before you send the first load.
Are you asset-based or a broker?
We are an asset-based carrier (MC# 875229). We operate our own equipment and dispatch. We are not a double-broker shop covering your freight with mystery capacity.
How fast do you send the carrier packet?
Same day in normal business hours. Request it above or email [email protected] — W9, COI, and authority details are ready.
Can my customer track without a portal login?
Yes. We issue a shareable tracking link after the load is booked. See Track Shipment.
Do you do drop trailer?
Yes. Drop trailer is part of our service mix for shippers who need flexible load/unload windows. Mention it when you request a rate or packet.
What about deferred / appointment loading?
Drivers and partners can request a deferred loading window on our Deferred Loading Appointment page. Dispatch confirms date and time before anyone rolls empty to the yard.
