Who We Are
Short version: we move your freight, and we don’t disappear after the rate confirmation.
Pride USA Inc. is based in Lake Bluff, Illinois. Most of our trucks work in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Michigan, and we run dry vans and specialized trailers in all 48 lower states.
We run newer Volvo trucks with Motive ELD. Our trailers include dry van, conestoga, step deck, and RGN, so we can match the trailer to your freight instead of forcing every load into a 53-foot box.
When you give us a load, you’re working with a company that owns its trucks and has its own dispatch. We don’t pass your load around to other brokers before a truck shows up.
Brokers come to us for three reasons:
- Fast rates — if the route works, you usually get a clear rate in about 30 minutes.
- Easy setup — W-9, insurance certificate, authority, and carrier packet without a week of back-and-forth.
- You can see the load — a tracking link your customer can open without making an account.
If a route isn’t right for us, we’ll tell you early instead of wasting your customer’s pickup time. That beats “checking with the driver” for six hours.

The right trailer for the freight: full truckloads, drop trailers, and special loads.
Dry van is what we run most: full truckloads and drop trailers for shippers who need flexible dock times.
A conestoga keeps freight covered from the weather but still loads like a flatbed. RGN and other special trailers handle heavy or odd-shaped loads that won’t fit on a regular deck. Not sure which trailer you need? Tell us what it is and the size, and we’ll give you a straight answer.

How a Load Usually Goes

We price loads that work for us and send one clear, all-in rate (plus the current fuel surcharge if it applies). If we’re not the right truck, we’ll say so.
- 3Paperwork & rate confirmation
Documents on file, rate confirmation signed, and a driver assigned, with arrival times your team can see.
- 4Track & deliver
A tracking link you can share while the load is moving. Proof of delivery and paperwork after drop-off, so you can close it out with your customer.

Questions From Brokers
Straight answers before you send us your first load.
Do you own your trucks, or are you a broker?
We own our trucks (MC# 875229). We run our own equipment and our own dispatch. We don’t cover your freight by passing it to some unknown carrier.
How fast do you send your carrier packet?
The same day, during normal business hours. Ask for it above or email [email protected]. Your W-9, insurance certificate, and authority papers are ready to go.
Can my customer track the load without logging in?
Yes. Once the load is booked, we send a tracking link you can share. See Track a Load.
Do you offer drop trailers?
Yes. We can leave a trailer for shippers who need flexible loading and unloading times. Just mention it when you ask for a rate or our packet.
Can I book a loading time ahead?
Drivers and partners can ask for a loading time on our Loading Appointment page. Dispatch confirms the date and time before anyone drives to the yard.
Who do I call after hours?
